Central Church is seeking a Campus Pastor to lead the life and direction of Central Church at a separate campus location. Your vision and faith will guide us into the future, and you will play an active role in the community.
Central Church is in West Central Iowa in the town of Carroll. Central Christian is a Christ-Centered, Bible-Based, Family-Oriented fellowship of believers with the goal of growing God's Kingdom. We engage our congregation and community through these five points of connection:

The Campus Pastor requires a firm grasp of the beliefs, values, and strategy of Central Church and the ability to align staff and key leadership teams.
Responsible for championing Central Church’s vision and values at the campus location. Will assist in strategic planning and staff coordination in the execution of the church’s mission and vision.
Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church with an emphasis on community outreach and engagement.
Provides leadership to the campus staff team. Lead, evaluate, develop, and mentor existing staff in their respective areas of ministry and prioritize future staffing needs. Conduct staff meetings strategy to clarify and execute goals and objectives.
Ensure staffing, facilities, and programs are appropriately and effectively aligned to best meet strategic goals.
Responsible for planning and ensuring that all worship experiences are executed with excellence.
Manage campus budget providing oversight and direction.

Family Ministry Director
Family Ministry Director – Central Church | Carroll IA
Are you a Family Ministry Leader passionate about connecting people to the life-changing power of Jesus Christ? Then we want to speak to you!
The Director of Family Ministries provides leadership for the generations of the church by overseeing ministries that ensure that the family of God is working together to make disciples of the next generation. This position also leads and oversees an effective and comprehensive ministry that disciples, equips parents to lead their children spiritually, and supports the marriages and families of the church and community.
Main Responsibilities:
Create a safe environment for Children and Youth that encourages growth in spiritual maturity.
Oversee relational, engaging discipleship ministries to children and youth.
Lead ministry initiatives that prepare, equip and enrich couples in marriage.
Develop and lead programs to help shepherd engaged and married couples; create relevant events and initiatives on practical issues of life that will enhance the spiritual and relational growth in marriage.
Coordinate the planning and implementation of an effective parent ministry. Encourage and equip parents in their role as primary disciples of their children.
Integrate Youth and Children into the larger church community. Help foster an “extended family” atmosphere where all ages are valued and contribute.
Recruiting and equipping a team of volunteers in Youth and Kid Ministries that leads to sustainability in these areas.
Provide biblical counsel to individual students, families, and volunteer staff as needed.
