Thank you for volunteering to help with Central’s BIGGEST Outreach! Here are a few things to keep in mind:

There will be NO PARKING at the soccer fields. All volunteers must park at the Carroll Middle School or Little League fields.
Bring a Jacket! It’s always cool in the morning.
Bring water.
Take a screenshot of the Age Group Map so you can easily help our guests.

Help unload prizes from trailer to all the age group fields.

MEET AT THE CONCESSION STAND FOR A QUICK MEETING AT 9:30

10:30 – 1:00 Field Security

*Team Leaders: Manage Helpers & Organize Prize Station.

Once prize station is organized please help with Field Security (1 or 2 people should remain at prize station)

Once Eggs are spread on your field please take a moment to look over the field and spread out eggs and close open eggs.
