Trouble Viewing Our Online Services?

If you’re having issues with joining our online services, we encourage you to try troubleshooting these quick tips before giving up, or logging off!
- Make sure you use a modern smartphone, tablet, or computer. Any brand or version will work (Android, Apple, Windows, etc). But it would probably struggle to load on your old Nokia flip phone.
- Avoid using a smart TV internet browser for our online services. Most smart TVs internet browsers don’t refresh fast enough to keep up with live video streaming. If you want to watch on your TV, we recommend plugging your computer into your TV with an HDMI cable. We are working on a better streaming experience for smart Tvs.
- Use wifi or wired ethernet for your internet connection. Cellular data is slower and can struggle to keep up with the live video streaming. It also can run up big fees on your cellular plan if you don’t have unlimited data!
- Limit the number of devices using your internet for streaming, so you have enough bandwidth/speed to stream the service. For example, if your kids are watching Netflix in the other room, your internet has to split up your speed between the two devices!

- Sometimes a simple “Refresh” of your browser will resolve the issue.
