Give in or Push Through
Mark 4:47-31
That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side.” Mark 4:35
Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. Mark 4:36
He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. Mark 4:39

SOME THINGS TO REMEMBER IN REGARDS TO SPIRITUAL WARFARE:
1. Jesus hears our cryThat day when evening came, he said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side.” Mark 4:35
- Church isn’t supposed to be a castle of condemnation, but rather a basement of grace
Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. Mark 4:36
- Jesus has great plans for our lives, but it always starts with a small step
- Asking for help is incredibly uncomfortable
- The storm is not evidence of our sinfulness
- One of the biggest mistakes we can make in spiritual warfare is underestimating our enemy.
- Don’t let the enemy’s storm cause doubt and discouragement in your life
He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. Mark 4:39
- The Word of God is what calmed the storm
- Sometimes the biggest miracle is not when God changes our circumstances, but when He changes our perspective in those circumstances.
